Remember that a day will come when you won't be anonymous.
A day when it will be safe to sleep in the city streets.
A day when everyone will sleep safely in any place.
Therefore, do your work now while you still live anonymously.
Remember that what you do in secret will be seen.
A day will come when another name will be given to you.
Remember that you are more than just a name.
Be careful when you focus on the name.
As you connect with spirit the spirit will protect you.
Therefore, don't worry if you sleep during the day.
Remember that the last day must come for every name.

3. Opinions

Don't worry if what you say is convincing.
If you always agree then you don't understand.
Imagine that everything you say has already been said.
What you say will be either a distraction or a powerful reminder.
Can I hold your opinion while holding my own?
Do I embrace your belief or abandon my own?
Do I possess my opinion or does my opinion possess me?
Remember - it feels easy to submit to perspective.
Remember that gravity is fierce and not gentle.
Never forget to remember.
If you don't agree then you don't understand.

4. Philosophy

A day will come when you will sit on a bench beside a philosopher.
He'll say - I'm a free spirit and live outside the institution.
He'll give you the names of institutions outside institutions.
Remember that as your soul rises - you attract rising souls.
Never the highest and never the lowest.
Only spirit is above all and below all.
If the philosopher says to you - Above all I am spirit.
Accept his truth and thank him for speaking it.
Don't worry if you're unable to convince others of your truth.
Instead convince them to speak their truth toward you.
If you can accept that the weather affects your mood,
Don't be quick to dismiss how your mood affects the weather.
The mind says move a mountain and the mountain moves.
If your truth is only your interpretation of the world,

5. Knowledge

A day is coming when you'll hold a dangerous amount of knowledge.
Knowledge of spirit can be seen in your spirit.
Acknowledge your spirit and your spirit will be seen.
Therefore if a man declares that the world is only matter,
Listen closely to his theories and the evidence he presents.
It's not necessary to see the spirit to know or feel the spirit.
Remember these words will never be completely understood.
Remember that misunderstandings also bring new understandings.
So don't worry if you are understood out of context.
A soul like yours can interpret what's misunderstood.
Everything the world has accomplished in understanding nature -
They will accomplish in understanding matters of the spirit and the soul.
Be grateful today for the knowledge of all that's been accomplished.

6. Evil

A day will come when you'll read the words:
I love the evil spirit.
The evil spirit does not live in the world but instead lives in spirit.
Therefore if a spirit loves even the evil in spirit - give the spirit permission.
Remember, that whatever goes into your spirit will not damage it.
Only what comes from your soul can damage your soul.
If you judge your soul by what it puts into the world -
Be watchful when evil enters your soul.
Remember that no human is free from evil, it's the nature of being spirit.
Remember that humans are capable of going beyond evil and beyond soul.
Don't continue to hammer down your soul for what you lack today.
Day is coming even for the evil spirit.

7. Heaven

There will come a day when you'll read the words you've previously written.
And you'll ask yourself to repeat it once again, saying:
The will for heaven has happened on earth.
When you greet strangers in your coming days tell them this:
Today I drink clean water.
Today I eat healthy food.
And today my spirit is clean.
If my spirit is dirty, it will also dirty your spirit.
If my spirit is lifted then too, your spirit will be lifted
Because we are all made of the same spirit.
Above all you are soul.
The ground you stand upon today is the sacred ground of heaven.
Heaven on earth is the will of the soul.
Therefore, don't be surprised on this Day to hear me say:
This is heaven.

8. Language

The solution isn't one language but more language.
Imagine your language is like a rainbow in the sky.
Every language shines from a different place along the spectrum.
Every language brings new food to the table.
A world with only one language is like a world with only one color.
Think of language like it's made from particles of light.
Imagine language like something you can hold in the palm of your hands.
Imagine pouring the truth of your language like flowing water.
Imagine breathing words of truth like air that is clean and fresh.
Imagine that language is like fire.
Be careful with every word that you speak or hear or write.
Every human object is forged using language.
Every human dream can be captured with a word.
Remember the power of language is like light.
Before day arrives, you must say it will arrive.
Therefore say these words out loud for others to hear:
Day is coming.

9. Music

Every soul can feel vibrations that come from spirit.
The world is full of music that heals spirit and heals souls too.
Even the deaf can hear the vibrations the earth is singing.
Even the crippled can dance to the rhythm of the heart beat of the earth.
If a day comes when you read in the paper that a musician demands to be paid.
Then give him your money if his music heals your soul.
And if you see on the network that a musician gives his music away for free -
Then accept his gift if his music heals your spirit and your soul.
Don't be concerned with what a musician receives.
Instead listen carefully to what he gives you from his own spirit.
Remember to listen to what your spirit is putting into the world.
Don't worry if your soul is too heavy and burdened to be lifted with music.
A day is coming when language will be harmonious and sound like music.
A day is coming when souls will sing as they speak, and dance as they walk.
Therefore listen closely for the music in the language that you speak.
Don't worry if other spirits aren't able to dance to your rhythms.

If what you put into the world comes from soul - then other souls will hear it.
And if what you put into the world heals your spirit - then other spirits will heal too.
Listen closely to the music in your soul.

10. War

Before day arrives the last war must be fought.
Remember that nature is destructive and war is of two different types.
One destruction is designed to give - The other destruction is designed to take.
No soul has permission to know when the day will come.
But all spirits have permission to see the dawn before it arrives.
Any soul who says, "War will always exist", is a soul of the second type.
No soul has permission to know which side will outnumber the other.
But all souls have permission to decide the side they will stand with.
Therefore remember the wars previously fought and the souls who gave their lives.
Remember everything is leading towards the last war to be a victorious war.
Either the war will be lost and take away everything that's been accomplished,
Or the war will be won and birth an earth that shines bright with light and love and peace.
Before day arrives the last war must be fought.

11. Space

A day is coming when you'll view earth from the space.
A day is coming when you'll speak to more then just human souls.
Imagine that human spirit travels to all the different stars in space.
Imagine when you look towards the stars - you look towards our history.
Therefore always remember to look towards the stars and towards tomorrow.
Today what's known in secret will tomorrow be disclosed.
An infant won't speak a language until it grows from out of its infancy.
An infant won't understand a language until that language has been spoken.
Therefore remember to look towards space for the end of our infancy.
Therefore listen to the language being spoken from the stars.
Don't be surprised if galactic souls already walk among you today.
A day is coming when you'll travel to spaces you've never traveled before.
When you go on your travels and strangers ask where you're from,
Point to a star in the sky that feels warmest to your soul and say "There!".
And if they ask for your name and the place of your birth,
Give the name your mother gave and the place you were born on earth.
A day is coming when you'll view the earth from another space.

12. Danger

There will be days you walk the streets and every light will turn red.
Be careful when you walk alone in the physical and in your soul.
Remember, if you walk alone the danger will be small.
Remember, if others walk behind you will the danger will increase.
Therefore be careful that your not followed into dangerous places.
Therefore be aware when you go and aware of when to stop.
Look to see that those who follow behind you don't follow you blindly.
Every soul will be asked to lead and every soul will be asked to follow.
Therefore be careful and walk slowly if your soul walks alone.
Souls high with spirit will be difficult to bring down.
Two souls high with spirit will reach even higher peaks.
And for three souls high with spirit - no danger will ever bring them down.
Therefore, when you walk alone look for other souls to walk with you.
And if you walk alone be watchful of those who follow behind.

13. Cycles

Remember that all things begin and end again.
Everything at the bottom rises and everything at the top falls.
Don't worry if your work won't be complete before the cycle ends.
The cycle will come whether you finish your work or not.
Tomorrow will be a day of speed and accomplishment.
Don't worry if your work is incomplete or if more work needs to be done.
Instead - find a place in the woods where even mosquitoes give you rest.
There will be times to walk in the cities and times to retreat to mountains.
And if all that's true to you are the scribbles in a little red book,
Tear out a page and give it to a stranger.
Let him know silently that this page comes from the deepest place in your heart.

14. Birth

Everyone who takes off their mask will find another mask behind it.
Imagine that before being born your soul molded a mask.
Before being born your shape was chosen and created by your soul.
You decided on a culture to shape your mind and to shape your body.
Therefore be confident in your decisions for everything you've chosen.
Every struggle is a struggle taken up by your soul.
Therefore imagine another birth and the next mask you will look behind.
Choose a body and a mother and allow her decide upon your name.
Choose a challenge to overcome and a role to portray.
Imagine a life both higher and lower then the life you have today.
And if your imagination would like to live in a place called heaven,
Then imagine what that place will look like and who will stand with you.
Any soul that fears death is a soul still afraid of being born.
Remember that spirit is everlasting.

15. Sex

The body is a temple and sex is the highest form of worship.
When the body joins in union the spirit also joins in union.
You will know if you practice healthy sex by how your soul feels.
If you practice unhealthy sex you'll harm both your soul and the union.
Therefore be careful to practice sex with a soul you intend to love and lift.
If your intention is to satisfy the body, then strive also to satisfy spirit.
Don't worry about the imperfection of your body.
Awkwardness towards your body will cause an awkward union.
Instead allow the spirit in union to carry some of your awkwardness.
Instead allow the spirit in union to see and touch your naked body.
Instead allow the spirit in union to see even your soul naked.
Undress everything of both your body and your soul.
And don't worry if all you desire is to feel another body.
Instead be concerned about lifting spirit in every body.
Remember that sex is a form of worship and the body is a temple.

16. Religion

In the past it took many years for the word of God to spread.
Today the word can spread in just one single tiny moment.
Your task isn't to abolish religion but to preserve it.
Your task isn't to criticize religion but to critique it.
You are born human and so human history is also your history.
Nothing has yet captured spirit better then the language born from religion.
Remember that it's better to have reverence for your past then be ashamed of it.
Understand that nothing confirms spirit in religion more then your actions.
Don't worry if those entering holy temples only enter to take photos.
A day is coming when there will be only one holy temple.
A day is coming when each step upon the ground will be upon holy ground.
When you go on your journey and meet Christians,
Ask them to travel with you so they may teach you to be like the Christ.
And when you go on your journey and come upon Muslims,
Ask them to travel with you so they may teach you how to recite holy words.
Or when you go on your journey and see practicing Buddhists,
Ask them to travel with you to remember how the Buddha once lived.
Remember that your challenge isn't to abandon religion but to embrace it.
Any spirit you embrace and hold will understand the love you have for it.
Any spirit you push away and ignore will only grow stronger to resent you.
Never forget that you lived and died for these words.
Remember that a day will arrive when we will all say:
I live on the kingdom of heaven on earth.

17. Herd

Don't worry if the people you walk past are unaware of you.
Don't let it bother you if they are blocking your way.
Be patient and watch carefully to see the direction they are headed.
A day is coming when human herds will be like lions instead of like lambs.
All souls are asked both to lead and to follow.
During the day we will fly like a giant V shape in the sky.
Everyone will take a turn to lead and everyone will take a turn to follow.
Learn to allow others to take the lead when your spirit is tired.
A day will come when you stand on a high place and look down,
Remember then that every single insignificant life is accounted for.
Remember then that every single insignificant life is significant in the herd.
Therefore allow plants to brush your skin and insects to crawl upon your arm,
Allow life to feel the warmth of your body and the vibration of your soul.
Imagine life is aware of how big and significant you really are.
Give it permission to understand what you understand.
Remember that every herd begins with one.
Remember that an intelligent herd begins with many.

18. Ego

Don't concern yourself with how your ego is perceived.
Every human must have an ego just like it must have a body.
If your spirit is strong, then your ego will match it in strength.
But if your spirit is weak then your ego will overpower your soul.
If you're accused of thinking too highly of yourself,
Understand that the accusation is also coming from the ego.
Strong egos defeat strong egos but a strong soul can never be defeated.
Strong souls remember that above all they are spirit.
Therefore concern yourself instead with how your spirit is perceived.
Don't worry about grandiose visions or the fantasies created by your ego.
Instead practice on bringing out what's grandiose from your soul.
Don't worry if you're ridiculed or accused of thinking your great.
Instead worry about your ego dismissing how great you truly are.
Again, don't concern yourself with overcoming your ego.
The ego is a gift to the soul so that you may realize you are spirit.
Remember to build your spirit strong so that it complements your ego.
And don't be concerned with how to perceive your ego.

19. Time

When you journey to new places and meet new souls, tell them this,
I'm traveling from the future and visiting the past.
Tell them you come from a time when the day is eternal.
Tell them that all spirits come from different places and times.
Tell them that all spirits experience the flow of time differently.
Therefore when you greet new souls greet them as if coming from their own time.
If they speak a different language, then learn to speak their language.
If they live in different time, then learn to live and work in that time.
Remind them that day will not only arrive for good souls - but for all souls.
Remember every choice and every action has already taken place.
Remember that the language you speak comes from your own time.
Remember that day has already arrived in time.

20. Sanity

When you're ready for difficult days your sanity will be challenged.
If others question your sanity, then tell them this:
I give you permission to lose your sanity with me.
I'm giving you permission to live free like how spirit lives.
If others avoid you or refrain from returning your greetings,
Remember that even sane souls are suffering in their sanity.
Understand that it's because they have not been given permission.
Understand that greeting them will lift their spirit regardless of a reply.
Every soul needs to be acknowledged or sanity will turn against it.
Therefore remember how important it is to be acknowledged by others.
As your spirit begins to rise your sanity will rise to challenge you.
Therefore don't be afraid to challenge your sanity.
The spirit in you has never left you and will never leave you.
Remember if you trust in your spirit, the spirit will put trust in you.
If you invest in your spirit, your spirit will invest in you.
Remember to acknowledge spirit.

21. Technology

There will be days when those you pass will be connected to machines.
Nature grow trees from the ground but it also grows skyscrapers.
Therefore if the spirit of nature is to grow more machines,
Embrace what grows from the spirit of nature.
If the destination of nature is unknown -
Embrace the unknown direction it's leading towards.
Don't worry if others walk with their ears plugged and their heads down.
Remember that the technology of spirit is walking along with them.
And if you notice others in the room siting silently in front of liquid crystal screens,
Understand that the spirit of nature is also shining from behind those screens.
Remember that when you touch a machine you're also touching nature.
Don't worry if you're not able to interpret the speed at which it's changing.
If a machine allows you to touch the spirit, then use the machine.
And if the screen distracts you from seeing what is natural then look away.
Technology that comes from the earth also comes from the spirit.

22. Nature

Remember that all things begin small.
When you visit the coffee shops bring your own cup.
When you visit shopping centers bring your own bag.
Imagine a day when the city buildings are growing like plants from the ground.
If a day arrives when you sit on a ridge and a wasp lands upon your hand,
Understand that like your spirit, it's curious about its nature.
Imagine that it crossed the glow of your spirit in mid-flight
and flew back to land on your hand and investigate.
Imagine a day when even insects learn about compassion.
Imagine they can feel and enjoy the way in which your spirit is vibrating.
Remember that if your soul can't find the courage to touch even a small wasp,
Your soul will find it difficult to understand it.
And if your soul is unable to understand even a simple wasp,
How can it understand the planet or the receding trees of the forest?
First allow the wasp to touch the glow from your spirit,
Then nature will guide you to understand its will and direction.
First solve the small problems before attempting those that are large.
All things begin small and all things begin with your spirit.

23. Cleanliness

Any soul who goes into the world will get dirty.
If a day comes when you are denied shelter and a dry place to sleep,
Go and find a quiet place and pour water on your feet.
Remember that it's easier to clean your body than to clean your spirit.
When your spirit is clean you can walk down even the filthiest city streets.
But when your spirit is dirty, go and find a quiet place to sleep.
Return to the streets only after your spirit is clean.
If it feels good to clean your body, think of what it feels like to have a clean spirit.
Remember that your body is sacred and above all you are spirit.
Therefore if you clean your body everyday remember also to clean your spirit.
It's better that you have a clean spirit then a clean body.
When your body is dirty you will stink and repelled others,
And if your spirit is dirty those around you will also be repelled by your odor.
Therefore remember each day to clean your body and your spirit.
If you live in conditions that are clean then your body will be easy to clean.
If you live in environments that are dirty then your spirit will remain dirty.
Everything unclean in your spirit can be washed away like dirt on your body.

24. Muscle

If today you sit at the back of the class,
Remember a day will come when you will stand in front of it.
Learn to ride the highest crests to the lowest troves.
This is how you'll build the muscle of your spirit.
Understand that when you're at your lowest,
You will once again rise to greater heights.
Imagine that your spirit is like a vibrating wave.
Imagine the frequency of your wave like the pulse of your heartbeat.
Imagine your soul breathing like your inhale and your exhale.
Remember to focus and pause and feel how your spirit is vibrating.
Think about the actions you've done that have strengthened the muscle of your spirit.
Find the strength to greet strangers when you walk through the streets.
Build the muscle so that it remains strong even when others won't greet your eyes.
Remember that your actions are building the muscle of your spirit.
And if your muscle is too sore then greet them silently as you pass them.
When you build your spirit strong, you'll feel and know that it is strong.
Remember to exercise the muscle of your spirit.

25. Generosity

Avoid depending on others to be generous on your behalf.
If a day comes where you meet a generous soul who offers you shelter for the night,
Accept his offer and allow him to take you by the hand and walk you to your destiny.
And if a day comes when a girl you pass on the street asks you for spare change,
Reach into your pocket and spare what you can spare.
If you give her less than you can spare or if she asks for more than what she needs,
then both of your spirits will be take some damage.
If you give her more than you can spare then both your spirits will be healed.
Should you give her nothing when you have some to spare, then your own soul suffer.
Therefore remember when you're walking the streets,
Ask only what you need and give what you're able to give.
Generosity must come from the soul.

26. Children

Today humans are severed from the great earthly spirit.
Therefore be patient and remember that good things come to those who wait.
Don't expect the entire world to rise quickly when the daylight returns.
If you see a child when you walk the streets then lock eyes and smile.
Greet the child even if the mother is hostile towards you.
Children belong to the spirit above belonging to their mothers.
Remember all children of spirit belong to only one mother.
When you shine towards a child, the child will shine back three times the strength.
Raising your spirit is like raising a child.
When your spirit is high it will become like the spirit of a child.
If a day comes when it's raining while you wait for service in a long line,
Avoid complaining to children of all the places you need to be today.
Instead listen to the child who says: "Look, the sun just came out."
Remember that nothing can raise your spirit quicker then the spirit of a child.
And if a day comes when you're in the presence of children who have vast amounts of energy,
Avoid complaining to your friends about the annoyance they bring to your ears.
Instead give every last bit of your energy to allow children to be children.
When day approaches, no mother will raise a child alone and without help.
All souls will raise children together and all souls will become childlike.

27. Weakness

When days come where you're at the bottom and among those at the bottom,
Don't worry if your capacity is too low to raise them or yourself.
Instead look for a quiet place and allow your spirit to rest.
When you're fully rested your spirit will naturally rise back into place.
Therefore remember to relax, remain calm and allow your spirit to guide you.
Allow your spirit to remain in the place it needs to be on this day.
If a generous stranger offers you money - accept it.
Accept it because it's strengthening his own spirit after he gives it.
Don't worry if you're not ready to give him your truth.
A day will come when you will be ready and strong.
And if you see a beautiful stranger eating dinner in front of you,
Don't worry if your spirit is too weak to go and lift her.

Christians will make atheists into stronger athesists.
Atheists will in turn help Christians become stronger Christians.
And if a friend says he knows Muslims who are more Christians than Christians,
Accept his perspective and thank him for sharing it.
Muslims will make Jews into stronger Jews
Jews will in turn make Muslims stronger Muslims.
If a day comes when you approach a priest who won't speak to you, tell him this:
I'll wait for you outside the steps of your temple.
A day will come when every spirit will be welcomed to enter for free.
Even the strictest non-Christian will celebrate with you in your faith.
Today your church is empty and a tomb of a vision that was once magnificent.
Today you charge admission into what was once a holy place.
Today is the day when you must practice what you preach.
And if a day comes when you approach a priest and he's repulsed
by the smoke that's coming from your mouth,

29. Dreams

A time will come when you'll be increasingly affected by your dreams.

And on the steps of the castle will sit a beggar asking for coins.
A day will come when you'll approach and sit beside this beggar
And you'll break a branch off from a tree, twist it into a circle and tell him this:

Beggars decide when they choose to be Kings

30. Life

Any life that takes life also takes away from spirit.
Every time you step on even the smallest little insect, you've taken from the spirit.
Even crushing a spider on the floor will lower your spirit once you've taken its life.
Remember that every action you do either gives or takes away from spirit.
Taking life from insects is small compared to the life taken from animals.
And taking life from animals is small compared to taking life from humans.
Everyday your spirit must take damage from the life that you take.
Therefore be careful that the life you take won't cause permanent damage.
No law shall or can be written to prevent life from taking life.
No punishment will ever be as severe as the punishment that will come from your own law.
Therefore allow spirits to live like free spirits and to choose the life they take.
Therefore worry about putting your efforts towards raising damaged spirits.
A day will come when a man who has just been betrayed sits down beside you,
and tells you that he is about to kill the one who betrayed him,
Don't worry about convincing him that murder is wrong.
His spirit already knows this is wrong without being convinced.
Instead listen to everything he tells you and absorb it.
Allow your spirit be a conduit to diffuse his anger and his fear.
When he speaks words which are healthy, agree with him,
When he speaks what's damaging, remain silent and listen.
Day will come even to those who suffer from the life they've taken.

31. Friendship

There will come days when you'll have to depart
with those whom you love and with those who love you.
When those days arrive tell the spirits you love this:
If I don't see you again in this world, then I'll see you at the end of time.
I will tell you how the warmth of your souls helped me through the coldest nights.
Your souls were the guardians lights that guided me towards the day.
Because of you I'm able to see the horizon and the sun about to rise.
You inspired me to climb to the peaks of these mountains.
Friends don't worry about me if I never climb back down.
We'll sit on a bench in a quiet park and this is what I'll say to you,
I loved you like the brightest shade of red and thought about you often.
Your spirit is what gave me strength in my most desperate moments.
The melodies that came from your soul helped me through my most difficult travels.
Everything loyal I give to others is the loyalty you've given to me.
The day has come when I must befriend other wandering souls.
Therefore don't worry or be disappointed if our paths never cross again.
Your friendship is needed from other souls like mine.
Remember to save me a seat when we meet at the end of time.

32. Worry

Don't worry if you're down to your last dime.
Look at the rock doves in the streets and how the spirit provides for them.
If you ask the spirit for dimes then dimes will be given.
And if you're too ashamed to ask - the spirit will still provide.
Therefore don't ask for advice from the world but ask the spirit to guide you.
When your spirit begins to rise you'll feel it rise around you.
If a dime is all you need, then soon you'll see one glimmering on the sidewalk.

And don't worry if you feel your spirit sinking to a lower condition.
Instead allow your spirit to discharge and choose a time to integrate again.
The spirit you desire will once again enter the room.
Therefore don't hammer down your soul if today you're not your highest.
Don't worry if today you can't raise your spirit.
Instead worry about forgetting that the spirit will lift you up again.
Be perceptive and you'll notice more strangers smiling towards you.
Be perceptive and you'll overhear uplifting conversation.
Listen and learn to read the signs that come from the spirit.
Above all don't worry because the spirit will provide for you.

33. Food

There will be days where food is scarce and you'll walk for water.
During these days you'll consume for life instead of for pleasure.
Remember that food is a gift from the spirit to the body and a habit design for your pleasure.
Everyday the spirit reminds you to taste the love that the spirit has for you.
Everyday remember that you're not just consuming food but also consuming spirit.
Therefore be aware of the spirit in your food.
Remember to thank the spirit for both the life you consume and for the pleasure it gives you.
Remember that it's better to have a healthy spirit above a healthy body.
And if you consume a drug with the intention to harm your body -
your spirit will also be harmed.
And if you consume a drug with the intention to heal your body -
your spirit will recognize your intention.
The spirit of intention always outweighs the substance.
Therefore be careful when you judge what a soul consumes before judging its intention behind it.
Not all food tastes good to all souls and a drug that gives to one spirit can take from another.
Be aware then of your intention before you consume and remember to thank the spirit.

34. Commerce

If a day comes when a girl takes your work, rips it apart and then throws it on the ground,
Tell her that today everyone needs to make money.
Today your deeds are like assets in business.
Today your actions are things you acquire to make you more profit.
Tell her, Today I'm working to build my spirit strong.
Today I smile and greet the strangers on the streets and in the shops I wish them good days.
I'm raising their spirits whether they respond to me or not.
The souls that don't respond are the souls who are most in need of being raised.
Today I deliver my work because today this is exactly where I need to be.
Remember that every situation is a temporary situation.
Whether it takes just a month or it takes an entire lifetime.
The day is coming when commerce of wealth will change to commerce of spirit.
The day will come when you will pick up the pieces of my work and clean your space.
You'll do this not because of respect for me but because it lifts your own spirit.
Remember that even the smallest action of putting wrappers in bins can heal your soul.
Remember that even the smallest action of throwing cigarettes on streets,
will not only make the streets more dirty but your spirit as well.
Today the malls are filled with merchandise like trophies of the wealthy on display for the poor.
But a day will come when both the wealthy and poor will freely take what's needed from shelves.
Therefore don't worry if today a corporation is misbehaving.
A day is coming when corporations will build showers for the poor,
and clean the water and streets of even the most filthy foreign lands.
Today it's necessary to participate in commerce
so don't hammer down your spirit if you feel you've over consumed.
Instead participate more in the commerce of spirit
and your profit will be large when the day arrives.
Remember to invest in the spirit because day is coming.

35. Misfortune

If a day comes when you walk and lose money from your pocket,
Understand that your misfortune will be another soul's joy and pleasure.
They'll find what you've lost and they'll declare the day lucky and one of fortune.
This will be a day not of misfortune but for your spirit to give on behalf of the spirit.
There will come other days when the spirit needs to take from you.
Therefore use this day to practice how to embrace the spirit and not resist its needs.
Understand that what you lose on this day will come back to you on another day.
Understand that what's lost in the night you will find during the day.
There's no greater fortune you can receive than when you surrender to spirit.
Therefore learn to submit even on your most unfortunate days.
And if a day comes when a troubled man tells you how he once had a great fortune,
but that he spent it recklessly on alcohol and drugs,
Remind him that what's done is done and today the air is fresh and the water is clean.
Remind him that all he needs is enough for this day.
Remember to give thanks for what you're fortunate to have even on your most unfortunate days.

36. Sickness

If a man stops you on the street to bring awareness of disease,
Thank his soul and the spirit for bringing it to your attention.
Tell him that what he says in the streets is healing the world.
Reassure his soul that even the smallest words have an enormous effect.
And if a drug addict stops you on the street to offer you a drug he's consuming,
Thank him for his offer and show him from your example it's a drug he can choose to use.
Remind him that today it's necessary to find a quiet place to rest.
Sickness brings awareness to the body and the body brings awareness to the spirit.
Remember that it's better for your body to be sick than for your spirit to be sick.
Remember that if sickness of the body can spread then so can sickness of the spirit.
Therefore when either your body or your spirit is sick go and find a quiet place to rest.
And if both your body and spirit is healthy go and sit among those who are sick.
Remember that if healing of the body can spread then so can healing of the spirit.
Remember that if it takes many cells to heal the body,
Remember then it will take many spirits to heal the world.
Avoid resting your body or your spirit in difficult places to recover or heal.
Before the body can fight the disease it must recognize the disease.
Therefore recognize the sickness in your spirit and fight it.
Sickness of the spirit is more damaging than sickness of the body.

37. Youthfulness

When you begin your day and come upon a group of youths,
Greet them with the language that they speak.
Don't worry if your spirit is too low to join them.
When your spirit is bright they'll naturally welcome you into their circle.
No souls are better equipped to recognize shining spirits than youthful souls.
The youth will be responsible for the speed at which the day approaches.
It will be the youth who is responsible for the old becoming young again.
And when you come upon youths who are loud and causing mischief,
Remember to allow the boys to be boys and the girls to be girls.
Allow them to push the limits of your patience so your patience will grow strong.
Listen to their voices and they will also listen when you are speaking.
Never forget the definition of teen and the period of time that it's named after.
No soul understands and feels the suffering of the world as intensely as a youthful soul.
No spirits comprehend the solutions to the world better then youthful spirits.
The youth are bringing together everything necessary to prepare for the day.
Therefore remember to listen closely to the voices of the youth.
When your spirit shines they'll welcome you to join in their circle even if your soul is old.

38. Art

A day will come when you'll walk the streets of a city with beautiful buildings,
You'll come to a plaque with an inscription reading this:
"This street inspired musicians, poets, writers and artists of all kinds."
Therefore remember the artists who inspired this street and its buildings.
Remember the artists who inspired this land to become a city.
All souls are creative so remember to live creatively.
When a spirit is healthy, it will be a spirit that lives creatively.
Art is a language that communicates what can't be spoken using words.
Art is a language that captures emotions and forges them into objects and vibrations.
Art pulls out from the realm of heaven what has not yet been seen on earth.
A day will come when you'll read on a bulletin that young souls await your next creation.
Remember that the music you put into the world is the language you sing from your soul.
Remember an artist doesn't pull you to receive but rather pushes you to create.
Today you rely on art to escape from the boundaries of the world of this reality,
But tomorrow you'll rely on art to return from the boundaries of a world of imagination.
A day is coming when you'll experience every waking moment as a great work of art.

39. Hunger

There will come days when you'll be hungry from the body and the soul.
There will be times the spirit will take away the pleasure that comes from your daily food.
Don't curse the spirit on those days but instead let the spirit teach you.
After you've fasted you'll feel even stronger that there is spirit in your food.
Therefore remember to acknowledge the spirit before you consume.
The spirit hears even what you say in silence and sees what you consume in the dark.
Remember that indulgence causes both your body and your spirit to be unhealthy.
Therefore consume only what's healthy for your body and feel the spirit in your food.
If you can't feel the spirit of the animal you consume then don't consume the animal.
If you can't feel the spirit in the plants you consume then go plant a seed and give it water.
The spirit knows your intention and knows what you consume.
Remember that a day is coming when no stomach will starve and all water will be clean.
A day is coming for all spirits to eat healthy and have a safe place to rest.

40. Magic

A day will come when a man will read your past, your present, and your future.
Listen to him carefully and listen to what the spirit says through him.
When he's finished, thank him for acknowledging the dignity of your soul.
When your spirit begins to rise - doors will be opened for you.

When your spirit is at its brightest go and dress your body in white,
and shine your shoes so that your entire body is clean and groomed.
Learn to see the magic that radiates outward and inward from your spirit.
Make no attempt to control what your spirit gives but instead let magic guide you.
Learn to recognize the strength of your spirit each day and the colour that it shines.
If the spirit is in darkness then also the magic of the world will be hidden.
But when your spirit begins to shine you'll learn to see the magic all around you.

41. Vocation

The day will come when you'll feel the calling of the spirit.
Much is expected from every human soul dead or living.
Some souls will be called upon to carry what's heavy.
Some souls will be asked to keep grounded what's light.
No spirit can lift more than what they have the strength to lift.
No spirit is able to give more than its capacity to give.
Therefore do what's expected from the spirit and what your spirit is capable of doing.
A cog too large won't fit and a cog too small won't turn.
Remember then to always position your spirit to the size where it fits.
Understand that your job is not just a job but a vocation for the spirit.
If you put nothing into your work then your work will give nothing in return.
If you fail to lift spirits in your day then your own spirit also won't be lifted.
If at the end of the day you can say - Today I lifted a soul that was low,
Then your soul will sleep well and wish to return to work the following day.
If your job requires serving the public then remember also to serve your soul.
Not every soul can serve with the same intensity or capacity.
Find a position where your spirit fits properly.
You'll know if it fits by how your spirit feels.
Your soul will sleep well and awake to a joyful day.

42. Women

Her spirit is beautiful and no other spirit shines with such beauty.
Let your smile radiate towards her when you pass her along the street.
When beautiful women withhold shining their beauty their spirits become ugly.
Remember it's as easy to recognize an ugly spirit as it is to recognize a beautiful body.
Her spirit must be courageous even when the spirit of man isn't courteous or respectful.
The day when you shine your beauty you'll notice that the spirit of man is maturing.
You'll see it with your eyes and say: "the world increased in beauty today".
You'll notice it by the expressions and smiles on the faces of strangers in the streets.
Therefore shine your beauty because day is coming!
Remember, if you pass even the most hideous and ugly man to greet him with a smile.
Remember, if you pass a man with even the most terrible odor - greet him with your glance.
If your spirit is bright then take a moment from your day to sit beside him.
Allow him to smell the scent of your cleanliness and the loving vibration of your soul.
And if your spirit is low and depressed and if your worry is heavy -
Then allow him to admire you from across the street or from afar.
If your body attracts with strength - learn to increase your spirit to attract even stronger.
Beautiful spirits increase in beauty when they give and they also increase in abilities to receive.
A beautiful spirit is not intimidated from ugly language but loves and challenges it.
Remember if you're seeking love to first shine the love you have from your eyes.
Shine your beauty for even those whom you have no attraction.
Remember when you shine your beauty that the one you seek will find you.
As day approaches her spirit will be the first to feel the power of the spirit.
Therefore remember to shine your beauty and prepare for the day.

43. Love

The day will come when you'll meet the one you love.
Your companion will raise your spirit high and it will increase in strength.
You'll recognize the one you love from the love they shine from their eyes.
Remember that your spirit is healthy because of the love you shine for others.
The flame of your love will burn brightest when you give your love away.
If today men are still abusive - your love will stand its ground and maintain its composer.
If today women judge unfairly - your love will defend against it and not take offense.
Your love will see all spirits like a mother who sees her children.
Your love has compassion even when they misbehave.
Your love can wipe away the tears of what's unclean in their souls.
When you speak about love it will come from lips speaking words like fire.
Your love is gentle but your love is also hard.
When you pass strangers in the street they'll see the love shining from your eyes.
With just a glance, your love is capable of lifting their spirits towards the sky.
A day is coming when all strangers are approachable and welcoming.
A day is coming when nothing can stop the way our love shines towards each other.
Your love is like a mother watching over her children,
Your love is like a daughter protecting all men and all women.
Your love is like the son of the father of all spirits and the spirit loves us all.

44. Institutions

If a day comes when the institution declares you just a number,
Be patient and wait for your digit to be called on and think good intentions.
A time will come when your number will be called by a name.
A time will come when your number will redefine the institution and reinvent it.
Humans are not defined by institutions - Humans define them.
Don't worry if today those at the bottom have no permission to speak to those at the top.
Today if you're among the bottom then simply speak to the bottom.
Position your spirit to lift even the lowest spirit to awake from its slumber.
A time will come when both those at the bottom and those at the top will call your name.
The goal isn't to abolish institutions, but to enhance and refine them.
Therefore when you ask the woman behind the glass if she's having a good day,
If she responds to you with the words: "Work is just work".
Then convince her that the work she does is the work of the spirit.
Convince her that if she lifts spirits throughout her day then her work is spiritual work.
And if you can't convince her then wish her a happy day and go on your way.
And when you ask the man behind the booth if you can sleep at his shelter,
If he responds with a stern "no" and demands you come back tomorrow,
Remind him that those who are willing to make exceptions are those who serve.
Remind him if he dismisses those in need, then the booth he sits behind is a cage.
Then allow him to wish you a good day and accept it on behalf of both of your spirits.
Remember, institutions can't solve problems but rather only humans can solve problems.
Remember not to rely on institutions but instead convince those behind the glass to reinvent them.
And if you can't convince them then go on your way and prepare for the day.

45. Dirtiness

There will come days that are cold, damp and wet.
There will come days when you'll look into the eyes of those who are unclean.
Even the most unpracticed spirits can recognize uncleanliness in the eyes.
If a troubled man approaches you, saying he must act out his fantasy, tell him,
"Why be ashamed of who you are and how you feel?"
Remember that if you cause another spirit pain then your pain will also increase.
Remember when you bring shame to another soul - shame will also enter your soul.
You'll suffer for any harm done both in this time and at the end of time.
You'll judge your soul when looking into the mirror of soul.
And the mirror you will reflect your own judgement back upon you.
And your own judgement will by the most fierce and the one that cuts the deepest.
Therefore don't fail to look when you've been cast upon that mirror.
If you feel your spirit is low then allow other spirits to come and lift you.
No spirit can ever been lifted all alone and no spirit except your own spirit can wash it clean.
Therefore practice and learn to recognize when your spirit becomes dirty.
You'll know if it's dirty by your reactions and by how you think.
If when you walk you say angry things silently, then smell your spirit to see if it is clean.
If when you hold the door for him but he allows the door to slam into the one behind him,
Don't silently curse him and shake your head in disapproval.
Instead smell your own spirit first to ensure that it is clean.
Learn to clean the dirt from your spirit by your actions and how you perceive.

Every exhale of breath affects your world and the entire world.
Therefore let your huffing and puffing be like a gentle sigh of relief.
Spirits are coming to raise you whether you feel the spirit or not.
Remember that if there are days where you say to your spirit:
"My faith is low and relationships are weak."
Don't hammer down your soul for what you don't feel this day.
The spirit understands that you'll have days of disconnect.
Remember that the spirit will never judge you for what you're unable to feel.
Therefore listen and understand the perspectives the world brings you.
When your spirit is strong, what others say will only confirm what you already feel.
The day is coming when both faithful and non-faithful will live peacefully together.

47. Body

Remember to be careful with the way you treat and think about your body.
Remember that before time, you chose a family and cast a mold of your image.
Therefore when we meet at the end of time don't say to me: "I miss my body."
Instead love your body today in this time like you loved it before time began.
Dress your body to the colour that your spirit shines.
When you travel take with you clothes for work and for leisure.
Love your body with the same intensity that you love your soul.
Remember that your body is the window for other spirits to peer into.
Remember that what you display on your body you display from your spirit.
If your body is shaped so that strangers laugh and mock it,
Understand that what they hate about your body is what they hate about their own spirit.
And if your body is disfigured and strangers look down on it with pity,
Understand that your body is only reflecting what's deformed in their own souls.
And if your body becomes injured or your beauty fades with age,
Remember that strangers will still recognize the beauty of your spirit.

48. Purpose

If a day comes when you walk the city streets and come upon a drunken man,
And if he says to you: "I cannot change the world - I tried and I can't."
Remind him that he can't resist changing the world.
Remind him with every breath he exhales he's changing the world.
Therefore let your breath exhale the truth from your spirit.
Tell the man that his eyes are unique because he sees what's at the bottom.
Tell the man that his life is a story with a lesson to be learned and shared.
Remember it's difficult to rise when you're intoxicated and at your lowest.
Remember to trust that higher spirits are on their way to lift you.
Understand that you're suffering because all spirits must suffer.
And if you witnessed two officers harassing him and giving him a ticket,
Leave a gift on the bench where he sat and write his name on it.
A day will come when every spirit will be known by name.
Remember your purpose is to change the world,
whether you define that purpose or whether you lay intoxicated on the street.
With every breath you change the world.

49. Truth

If you walk along the streets and a man invites you to sit with him,
Go with him and listen to what he says and don't leave on your terms but on his.
Listen closely to his words and recognize the truth that he gives you.
Remember that one out of two things will happen when your spirit hears what's true.
Either it will feel good in your spirit or it will cause your spirit to hurt.
Therefore if your spirit hears truth and your reaction is unsettling,
Don't be quick to dismiss how it makes your spirit feel.
Instead investigate the matter further and allow time for your spirit to digest it.
Don't worry whether or not another spirit will accept your own truth.
Instead it's more important that you simply speak it.
If you speak your truth they will receive it whether they accept it or not.
And if the language you speak comes from spirit,
Other spirits will recognize where it comes from because they are also spirit.
Remember that a parable can have more then one interpretation.
Remember that a metaphor is designed to take more than one shape.
Speak what's true from your spirit and if it comes from the spirit,
Other spirits will feel the spirit in what you say.
Because above all you are spirit.

50. Fame

The days are coming when famous souls will need to speak with you.
They'll recognize your spirit even having never seen you before.
Remember that today there are different types of famous souls walking the streets.
Souls of galactic fame who will guide you and walk with you through your story.
Remember that today it's blinding for the worldly famous to step into the light.
Today they become crippled and clutched in exchange for their fame.
Therefore when a famous soul comes to you and greets you in the flesh, say this:
"A day is coming when no soul will be famous."
"A day is coming when no spirit will be anonymous."
If today others look at you in reverence, then be brave and step into the light.
If today others look at you in judgement, then be brave and stand firm upon the ground.
Don't be afraid or withhold what's true in your spirit just because others are looking at you.
Instead look straight into the eyes of the world and demand to see the palms of their hands.
Instead stand up from your chair and use your voice to say what must be said from your soul.
Remember that high spirits are able to recognize other spirits who are shining bright.
Therefore if you aspire for fame in the world remember also to aspire for fame of the spirit.
Therefore aspire to be recognized by souls who come to lift you instead of those who take your photo.
Therefore aspire to be approached by spirits who would rather join you in lifting other spirits,
Rather than those who just admire your height from afar.
Remember that much will be expected from famous souls before the day arrives.
Therefore be brave, take the stage and step into the light.

51. Wealth

A day will come when you'll look for shelter from a heavy rainfall,
And find a place under the building of those who are wealthy.
If the man at the door asks you to leave then say this to him:
"I'm sincerely sorry."
Then take your bag and continue walking in the rain.
Before you leave, wish the man good will and speak it genuinely from the heart.
Don't judge him if his spirit isn't ready to welcome you into a dry place.
Instead obey his rule and allow your spirit to rest on him before you depart.
Then go and find a dry place under a bridge and meditate on lifting his spirit.
Remember that even thinking about spirits will lift them.
Therefore don't worry if the man at the door can't welcome you today.
Later in that same day a generous woman will give you her umbrella.
She'll recognize the spirit that you shine from your eyes and act on behalf of the spirit.
Remember, the goal isn't to abolish wealth but to lift those who have wealth.
Like sprockets in a watch every soul is sized and positioned to turn at a different pace.
When a community finds the proper sizing with all its members then it will sync into place.
Remember if you're wealthy but you suffer from your wealth, then rid yourself of wealth.
Remember if you're impoverished but you suffer from impoverishment, then seek to acquire wealth.
You'll know the size of wealth that fits your spirit by how you feel and the community around you.
Remember that your most valuable wealth is the wealth of your spirit.

52. Homelessness

A day will come when you won't just travel to different places but through different classes.
If a day comes when you see an old homeless women checking the bins for aluminum cans,
and if you see her checking the slots of each phone booth for left over coins.
Run up ahead of her and throw your can in the next bin.
Run up ahead of her and place a coin in the slot of the next booth.
Don't allow her to see you but teach her that the spirit is looking after her in secret.
Teach her that above all it's the spirit that provides.
And if a day comes when an injured homeless man approaches you and asks for a cigarette,
Give him ten dollars from the last fifteen from your wallet.
If he says to you that he's not able to find the spirit,
then show him with your generosity that today, instead, the spirit has come to find him.
Remember that when you pass those on the street who are begging for change,
They aren't just asking for money but they're asking for belief in the brotherhood.
Remember that an institution can't wish a man a good day.
Only another human soul can lift his day and his spirit.
Remember that the homeless are not just the visible ones you see in the streets.
Therefore when you go on your travels bring clothes both for work and leisure.
Remember not just to travel to different places but to travel through different classes.
And remember to show the homeless that above all the spirit provides.

53. Politics

If you walk the streets and see signs of politicians saying: "Serving my country."
Remember that a day is coming when it will say: "Serving my planet."
If a day comes when you perform in the streets and an official confronts you
and demands you must have a permit to perform, tell him this:
"Today I'll follow your rules but tomorrow I'll rewrite them."
"Today the streets belong to your city but tomorrow they belong to the world."
If today your rules clutch those at the bottom but open palms to the top,
then do your work today and perform in secret.
A day is coming when you'll perform for anyone to see you.
Everything starts small and every action or word is like the planting of a seed.
Tomorrow it won't be necessary to march to city hall with a weapon.
The weapon of tomorrow will be the fire coming from the language of your soul.
Therefore if the books of your language define a politician as one who deceives,
Then change the definition!
Day is coming, not just for those at the bottom, but even for those at the top.
Make no attempt to oppose the government but instead make every attempt to redefine it.
A day will come when all souls will respect and obey the laws because they will create the laws.
Today a politician deceives only because his people demand that he deceives.
Therefore be grateful to the politician for serving a public that's demanding.
Therefore be grateful for asking him to do what's difficult and harmful to his spirit.
A day is coming when the people will give permission for the politician to speak what's true.
If you resist lifting and loving politicians, then the spirits of the people will neither be lifted or loved.
Day is coming for every soul regardless of occupation or position.

54. Karma

All human history is your history when your soul is a human soul.
If another human commits a crime - you've also committed it.
And if another human does a generous deed - you've also done the deed.
Therefore if a mentally ill man tells you he's paying the price for a previous life,
Remind him that he isn't only paying the price for his past life but for all past lives.
A day will come when you will not only accept responsibility for your own actions,
but for the actions of everyone around you and everyone who has ever lived.
If you read in the papers that a man has murdered another man,
Not only is he to be blamed - but you are also to blame.
The human soul will not rise until all human souls rise.
If you read in the papers that a community has come together in peace,
Not only has that community joined together but you have also joined them.
Everything you put into the world comes back to you and goes into others.
If you give to others not only will you receive but everyone will receive.
Remember that the sacrifices you make in this life will not only affect your life,
Your sacrifices will affect all life that is to come.
Therefore if you dream of a better life to come for your own spirit,
Remember also to dream of a better life for all spirits.

55. Rejection

There will come days where it will appear like those who love you have rejected and forgotten you.
Remember it's natural for your spirit to feel rejection.
And there will come days where it appears like those around you don't care for you or your presence.
But remember it's natural for your spirit to feel repulsion.
Therefore allow your spirit to take a little damage.
Allow your spirit to veer away on the rocky ground beside your path.
Remember that nothing remains constant in time.
Therefore during those days speak this silently to your spirit:
"I love you whether you return my love or not because I love all spirits."
"Above all I am spirit."
Understand that it's difficult to overcome resentment.
Understand that it's difficult to forgive those who harm you.
During these days remember to speak this silently to your spirit:
"Today I'm ready to do what's difficult."
Remember that other spirits behind you will steer you back upon your path.
Remember that other spirits behind you will lift you up again.
When you're rejected don't resist feeling hurt and allow your soul to weep.
Allow your spirit to take a little damage because it grow back stronger then before.
Soon you'll be ready to embrace even the most rejecting spirits.
And it's the rejecting spirits who are in most need of being embraced.

56. Death

There will come a day where you meet a man who is dying,
And he will say to you that he has only seven days to live because of his faulty heart.
He'll speak to you using his native language and he won't understand the language you speak.
If he's a Christian man then say this to him even if he can't understand:
"Your spirit is both the first and the last - both the beginning and the end."
"Your spirit is an everlasting spirit."
And if you meet a man of Hindu faith say this to him even if he can't understand:
"Your spirit is awake. Your spirit will be high in your life that is coming."
And if the man has no faith and believes everything is meaningless, say to him,
"Whatever you ask for from the spirit will be given to you."
Therefore why not ask for what you love most from this life or from beyond?
Don't worry if you're dying seven days from now or this very hour.
When death arrives it will give you a new name and confirm your everlasting soul.
Therefore don't be afraid of death.
When death comes the great mystery will in that moment be unveiled.
Therefore enjoy the mystery of this day while you live with the mystery
and look forward to even the mystery of the moment of your death.
Remember that whatever you ask for will be given to you.

57. Suffering

A day will come when you'll meet a dancer and he'll give you this truth:
"Life is cruel whether you're healthy walking the streets, or sick in a bed."
And if he tells you that cruelty is not always something to be looked down upon,
then accept his truth and thank him for speaking it.
When you come upon your most difficult days tell your spirit this:
"You won't always remain at the bottom, shivering on cold benches."
"Your spirit will once again rise to feel the bright warmth of the day."
Understand that it's difficult to love life when it hurts to live.
Understand that your pain will not last forever and your suffering will ease.
If the day needs to rain then let it rain and if the day must be cold then feel the cold.
A warm day will come again when you will regain your strength.
Remember when you suffer, those around you take a piece of your suffering.
Therefore find a comfortable place where your spirit can find rest.
If you hear cries of agony coming from a man under the influence of drugs,
Understand that when you hear his cries you suffer with him and your soul absorbs it,
whether you choose to ignore it or not.
Any spirit that suffers spreads its suffering to those around it.
Therefore if your spirit is strong move towards those who suffer and absorb some of the load.
Remember you won't always shake with fear and anxiety.
Remember you won't always look suspiciously at the strangers that walk by.
Today this is exactly where the spirit needs you to be.

58. Depression

Don't worry if your spirit is depressing and sinking lower.
Higher spirits are on their way to raise you up again.
Don't worry about the direction your life is headed or where it's been.
If your spirit is resting in the same place then it's resting there for a reason.
If your spirit isn't strong enough to respond to smiles, it will still received them.
If your spirit isn't strong enough to join the laughter, it will still absorb it.
A day is coming when you'll once again laugh and feel joy.
Don't worry about the failure the day has brought you.
Your achievement is only holding the weight of each day.
Don't worry about these days where you feel the spirit has left you.
The spirit is still around you and above all you are spirit.
Therefore if a day ever comes when your spirit hits its lowest,
And your pain causes your spirit the desire to take itself out of time,
Make peace with your loved ones, give away all you own,
And travel to a place where you can't speak or understand the language.
Remember that you once told the spirit these words:
"I love life."

59. Radiation

As your spirit begins to rise you will feel it extending beyond your body.
Lights will flicker as you approach them and heads will turn when you walk by.
Those who you walk behind will stop and turn to see who's behind,
They'll be aware they've entered your field whether they are conscious of it or not.
Therefore be aware of the field that extends from your body.
Your spirit is like radiation.
Remember it's a gift from the spirit that your mind is closed to strangers,
Remember you cannot hide the radiation that comes from your spirit.
Therefore be aware of the spirit that extends from your body.
Today you can walk anonymously through the streets but
A day is coming when your spirit will be too strong to go unnoticed.
A day is coming when even the galaxy will take notice of your spirit.

60. Energy

Remember that every time you look a soul in the eyes
you'll either give your energy or you'll take away theirs.
If your spirit is higher you must give it and if your spirit is lower you must accept it.
There will come days when you will sit beside those who give away destructive energy.
You will see from the environment around you the type of energy the spirit brings.
And there will be days when you sit beside those who give away creative energy.
Sacred plants will be offered and pieces of knowledge given.
Remember that you'll understand the charge of spirit by the way you're thinking.
Therefore when you walk the streets remember to walk to the pace of your energy.
The more energy you can give the stronger your spirit will grow.
Therefore charge your energy with the spirits who surround you.
Always, you're giving or receiving, and there is no escaping the flow.
When your spirit is strong your energy will be capable of achieving great feats.
The greater you serve the spirit the greater permission the spirit will grant you.
A day is coming when spirits walking the streets will cause red lights to change into green.
A day is coming when spirits will cause rain to fall or the sun to shine with only a thought.
As your spirit begins to lift you'll feel your energy charging with it.
Remember that you exchange energy whether you wish it or not.

61. Animals

A day will come when you'll sit in the woods and be approached by a wild animal.
During this day your spirit will be vibrating at such a pleasant frequency,
that animals won't fear your presence but instead show curiosity.
When your spirit is free of even the smallest vibration of fear,
Animals will be invited to touch your spirit and then animals will be freed from their own fear.
The animal will experience a leap in consciousness and its spirit will whisper to yours, "I trust you."
Remember that day isn't only coming for human spirits but for animal spirits too.
You'll know the kingdom is here when even the animals have been freed from their fear.
Therefore remember that you must love animals and treat them with respect.
Show them that your spirit is one to be trusted and touched.
All life feeds on life and this is the condition animals accept for their knowledge.
A day is coming when humans will honor animals and free them from harsh conditions.
During the day the humans will be guardians of the garden for which the animals will roam free.
Everything you say and dream will be achieved on that day.
But only after all human spirits love and respect animals.

62.Creation

Don't worry about defending the truth behind the creation of the universe.
If your birth remains a mystery, then the universe will remain a mystery as well.
If you're Jewish, accept the teaching of the bible.
If you're faith is in science, then continue your research and studies.
Instead worry about the creation of the universe rising on the horizon.
Instead worry about defending the truth behind your spirit.
If you're born Jewish, then learn to speak the language of Jews.
If you're an academic, then learn about methods and evidence and study vigorously.
Don't worry about convincing science to accept the truth in a parable.
Don't worry about convincing religion to accept other worldly evidence.
Instead teach everything proven and disproved and value imagination.
Teach everything embraced and everything abandoned and honor creativity.
Teach all the truth throughout history and allow each spirit to decide where to rest.
Give every spirit permission to accept the truth that brings warmth to their spirit.
A day is coming when what is known will become a mystery.
A day is coming when what's hidden will be uncovered.

63. Work

Don't worry if you're not ready for the task ahead of you.
Your task is only what each day brings to the table.
A body can't build a muscle in only one single day.
Instead it becomes damaged and heals and over time, the muscle becomes strong.
Therefore don't worry if the weight of the day is too much to hold.
Trust your spirit and the spirit will trust you and carry some of the load.
Your task is only what's expected from your strength for today.
Like the trees of the forest, remember that all spirits grow to different heights.
Find your place in the forest and your spirit will grow strong and healthy.
What I say to you this day comes from my soul and from the spirit.
You'll see truth in what I say if you feel it in your soul because the spirit is also in you.
Therefore if a day comes when you leave a gift outside a holy temple
but a custodian arrives in the night and finds it but throws it away,
Don't worry that your work is lost and was all for nothing.
Instead go and work on another gift which is greater than the previous one.
Instead go and work on another gift to leave for a spirit who will find it and accept it.
Remember that even work you do in secret you'll be rewarded.
Again don't worry if you're not ready for the task ahead of you.
Your task is only to walk to the pace of this day.

64. Night

The final night will come for every spirit on the earth.
In that night every spirit will experience its last dream.
Therefore build your spirit strong before that night falls upon you.
On that last day the sun will shine the brightest you've ever seen it shine.
Remember that you have no knowledge if all spirits will survive or perish.
Remember that before the final night all souls must be accounted for and raised.
The human being will either enter into light or be extinguished.
The coldest winter night is coming.
The darkest black of midnight is still ahead.
Remember that difficult times will come and your spirit will again suffer.
All things written in your history will be brought into the light of day.
All dreams hidden in your sleep will be brought out fully awake.
Above all don't be afraid.
Above all you are spirit.
A time will come when you look towards the sky and say,
Day has come.
